Every order ships fully insured with signature confirmation required upon delivery, so your piece is protected from our door to yours.

2) How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 5–7 business days.

3) Do you ship internationally?

Authenticity & Warranty

1) How do I know my piece is authentic?

Every piece includes a Certificate of Authenticity. Our pre-owned Rolex watches are inspected and serviced before sale to confirm they're genuine and in proper working condition.

2) What warranty is included?

All pieces come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.

3) Are your Rolex watches new or pre-owned?

Our Rolex watches are genuine, pre-owned timepieces. Each one is inspected and serviced prior to listing, so it's ready to wear.

Returns & Exchanges

1) What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging.

2) Can custom pieces be returned?

Custom/personalized items are typically final sale. Therefore, we will not accept return of custom jewelry.

Custom Jewelry

1) How does the custom jewelry process work?

All custom jewelry is designed and crafted in-house. Share your vision with us — in person at our Inglewood showroom or online — and our team will guide you through material, stone, and design choices before creating your piece.

2) How long does a custom piece take to complete?

Most custom pieces take 3–3 weeks depending on complexity.

3) Can I get a price estimate before committing?

Yes, we provide a quote after an initial consultation based on materials and design complexity.

Custom Nameplate Necklaces

1) What metals are available?

Nameplate necklaces are available in 10kt gold, 14kt gold, or sterling silver.

2) How long does a nameplate necklace take to make?

Typical turnaround for personalized nameplates are 7 days.

3) Can I choose the chain length?

We have available lengths from 18 inches to 24 inches to choose from. Anything other than what we offer, you can contact us.
